Why do I need to verify my identity?
To comply with the Swedish Gaming Authority legislation, as a licensed operator we are required to verify the identity and age of all our customers.
You can verify your account by doing the following:
- Log in with your Swedish ID number and your BankID within 30 days after registration. The personal details registered on your account must match the details on your BankID for the account verification to be successful.
- If there is a mismatch between the personal details registered on your account and the details registered on your BankID, you might need to send us a copy of your ID document.
Once you have logged in and completed the verification via BankID, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts or to verify your payment methods.
