Why do I need to verify my identity?
Due to Swedish Gaming Authority legislation, we need to verify the ages of our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
You’re required to do the following:
- Enter your Bank ID, making sure it matches your account details when signing up.
- If not, you’ll be prompted to send us ID or proof of address within 30 days.
It’s that simple! Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in further documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts.
