Sweden Customer Funds Protection
Please note that under the licensing conditions of the Lotteriinspektionen, we are required to inform players who use services in Sweden as to the protection afforded to Swedish customers funds (“Customer Funds”). Customer Funds are kept in bank accounts (“Customer Trust Accounts”) separate from other business bank accounts. The Customer Trust Accounts are protected under a trust agreement (“the Trust Agreement”) such that they would not form part of the assets of the business in the event of insolvency. Under the term of the Trust Agreement, in the event of insolvency the Customer Funds held in the Customer Trust Accounts would only be distributed to the Swedish Customers.
“Swedish Customer Funds” means the aggregate value of funds held to the credit of Swedish Customers of ElectraWorks Limited (“the Operator”) including, without limitation: cleared funds deposited by Swedish Customers with the Operator to provide stakes in, or to meet participation fees in respect of, future gambling, winnings or prizes which Swedish Customers have chosen to leave on deposit with the Operator or for which the Operator has yet to account to Swedish Customers, and any crystallised but as yet unpaid loyalty or other bonuses.
